The established Core Values center in three areas: “Quality”, “Virtue” and “Khmer Core Values”. Following the statement of Vision, Mission and Core Values, សាលារៀនខេមហ្វឺស – The CAMFIRST SCHOOL blends two academic spheres. The school first uses Khmer identity as base and second adopts foreign education for formulating curriculum.
The school has put greater emphasis on Khmer identity, the weight that uncovers the strengths of the Khmer in the past to link into the present. We have seen that Cambodia has had potential inner strengths both in the past and present. Yet, there is a missing link between the two time points. The connection lines are created and expected to make students proud of their nation and continue to participate in conserving and developing the nation to grow equally on the international stage.
In the academic sphere of foreign education, we extend our curriculum beyond the theories by integrating STEAM/STEM education. We have envisioned that Cambodia is desperately lacking technical skills; lacking of social skills among current and next generations is also a identified area of concern. In our next plans, we are updating our curriculum into A Level. We believe this internationally reconigsed programme opens door for our students into a more broader and competitive world. The programmes first puts our students in a challenging zone and second provides unique optimal learning outcomes.
While tuition fees are higher and higher for parents who are aiming for high education quality for their children, The CAMFIRST SCHOOL is among a few educational institutions that provides optimal education quality to humble and meduim income families. We consider ourselves a true education provider in the growing needs of true quality.
