Provide 21st century innovation in quality education with modernization of both national and international curricula, providing students with the opportunity to excel in both intellectual and social skills to develop their talents by transforming them into strong resources with the fullest potential for society and humanity.
បេសកកម្ម - Mission
1. Establish a complete, rich and flexible knowledge center with multilingual education programs to train students to be creative, which can lead to positive changes in society.
2. Provide students with a clear understanding of the core values of their personal lives and basic human values in order to motivate them to become exemplary citizens in virtue, ethics and dignity as individuals with high responsibility for their future and the humanity.
៣. គាស់រំលើង លាតត្រដាង និងពន្យល់ឲ្យអ្នកសិក្សា យល់កាន់តែច្បាស់នូវអត្តសញ្ញាណរួមនៃគុណតម្លៃស្នូលរបស់ជាតិសាសន៍ខ្មែរ ដូចជាវប្បធម៌ អរិយធម៌ ទំនៀមទម្លាប់ ប្រពៃណីជាតិសាសន៍ខ្មែរពីអតីតកាល ដើម្បីធ្វើឲ្យពួកគេមានមោទនភាពចំពោះជាតិសាសន៍របស់ខ្លួន ហើយចូលរួមបន្តក្នុងការអភិរក្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិឲ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនស្មើមុខស្មើមាត់លើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។
3. Reveal and explain to learners to better understand the common identity of the core values of the Khmer nation, such as culture, civilization, Khmer traditions from the past to make them proud of their nation and continue to participate in conserving and developing the nation to grow equally on the international stage.
